Acceptance of Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Agreement" or "Terms of Service") represent a legally binding agreement between you, whether an individual or an organization ("you" or "user"), and Snapinsta ("Snapinsta") concerning the use of Snapinsta.app and other related websites owned and/or operated by Snapinsta (collectively, the "Website"). This Agreement includes your use of products (e.g., the Snapinsta Browser Extension) and Services as defined below. Snapinsta provides the Website and Services, which include all content, information, graphics, documents, text, products, and other elements offered through the Website and Services (collectively referred to as "Content") in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined herein.

Your Use of the Website and Services

When using the Website and Services you expressly agree not to proceed with any of the following actions:

Ads presented on the Snapinst Application and Website may be delivered by advertising partners who may implement cookies. These partners will exclusively gather non-personal identification information concerning you or other individuals utilizing your computer and will not track personal information, such as your name, email address, or physical address. As users of Snapinst™, individuals have the option to refuse the use of cookies or to terminate access to our application and website at any time, as the acceptance of advertisements is entirely voluntary.

Service Access and Personal Information

Users may access Snapinsta™ anonymously. We do not record users' identification information and will only collect personal identification information if it is voluntarily provided. Users retain the right to refuse providing personal identification information. Although an account is not required, you remain responsible for:

• Utilizing the service in accordance with these Terms.
• Ensuring that your use does not contravene any applicable laws.
• Respecting intellectual property rights.
• Using the service solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• Downloading content exclusively from your own Instagram account or content for which you possess permission to download.

The trademark SnapinstaTM is established by Snapinsta and should only be used in connection with our Services. It must be written as a single word without spaces or divisions. When using our trademark SnapinstaTM you should note the followings:

• Utilizing the exact format "Snapinsta" as a single word without any spaces or separations.
• Refraining from associating our trademark with any individual, entity, application, or service not affiliated with Snapinsta.

We reserve all rights against any misuse of our trademark.

Copyright Compliance 

Users bear responsibility for the content they engage with while utilizing our service. Content may only be downloaded for personal, non-commercial, and gratuitous purposes. Snapinsta™ does not undertake to backup or archive users' content for any reason. We reserve the right to prohibit users who infringe upon copyright laws or regulations from utilizing our services.
